Zero Punctuation: Guitar Hero World Tour
0I think i was going to say something about globalization and some funny lines but then the whole show’s thunder was stolen by the Deus Ex song hidden at the end. Looohoool
World Of Goo (now 20% more infinite in all directions)
0Wow! I can’t believe I finished it! Haven’t finished a pc game in aeons… but soooooooo worth it. It’s been too long since a game fascinated and impressed me as much as this one did. You might wonder how that is possible, as it seems less an artwork game, and more a gameplay game and I tend to not give the highest honors to those… but this one manages to impress with coherent art design, impressive choices, and certainly not least a amazing story, witty lines, thought provoking events and ideas… fascinating. Warmly recommending it!

Far Cry 2 [gt review]
0FPS with RPG elements in a choice filled world? tell me moooore!!!! Now if only they went for a more original universe… and you’ve got my dream game mix (specially if that universe happens to contain some "horror" and magic elements)
Disciples 3 trailer
0I am interested in this game because i was very veeeery moved and impressed by Disciples 2. It had a superb art style, elegance, and a story that gripped me beyond words, both in themes and in a brilliant intertwining of the story timeline from the different perspective of opposing sides… I was worried about 3 but the subtle low key unassuming elegance of this trailer gives me hope both through art style and music… and i’m hoping there will be story too… I must say i’m worried about 3d vs prerendered animations which looked handdrawn-good… but hope it’ll be okay and it should come with a more natural feel… time will tell…
hint or papercraft
0Stumbled upon this by accident… totally wasn’t expecting it to be this funny :)) PS: actually i would like to know how to make cool stuff from paper, but still great ad and of course a granny with Fallout 3 is much cooler :D
Silent Hill: Homecoming [GT review]
0Sounds like a great game for newcomers to the series… but from what I’ve seen so far I’m afraid the story may not pull enough heart strings and may be too actiony in nature as opposed to emotional/perceptional.
Zero Punctuation: Fallout 3
0I lost a lot of respect for Yahtzee here: i can ignore his swearing, i may even accept his i believe too critical, too little constructive attitude in the hope that it raises standards and because he touches on the right art points… but … saying that a character shouldn’t die because it’s voiced by some high profile actor… sacrilege! i mean i love great acting and pro work… BUT the story should NOT be slave to actors: that’s why many movies/tv shows bore me: you just KNOW that a certain pretty guy/gal won’t be killed off… they’re just too famous…
Zero Punctuation: Fable 2
0so are the choices real or not? With game critics being so ruthless … well, this should push the demands even higher, and iwht it the quality.. woohoooo!!!
video & 3d (tech demo)
0This was done in 2004? wow! I’d get excited how this will be used in games but something tells me the depth feeling cameras have more than just vision and may be expensive to get into consoles yet… stilll… this is the kind of stuff i was kinda expecting Sony to hit the market with in the next years for Playstation Eye attacking the now Wii fascinated audience with casual movement/interaction fun. But like MS has surprised before with their great 360 execution I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d be close behind. Still… i seem to recall some vids of Sony research department for PS Eye so i’d place my tiny bet on that sooner. Or is Nintendo motivate enough to 1up the Wii in 2-3 years?
Fable 2 [GT review]

I’m a bit thrown off by what looks to me like teen oriented art style and approach… as well as the guess that there won’t be too many meaningful deep choices… but the quality of work and possible depth & immersion make me very curious about this one…
